Welcome to Your Local Lions Club
Lions meet the needs of local communities and the world. The 1.35 million members of our volunteer organization in 206 countries and geographic areas are different in many ways, but share a core belief – community is what we make it.
Your Cumberland North Yarmouth Lions work year-round to support the local community.
Cabin Fever Dinner
The Annual Cabin Fever Scholarship Dinner benefits scholarships for Greely graduates. Special entertainment this year will be provided by the Greely High School Jazz Band. Thank you for your support!

Recycle For Sight
Please take a few moments to look for un-used eyeglasses and donate them to our Lions Recycle For Sight program. Glasses will be cleaned and distributed to areas where eye care is often unaffordable and inaccessible.
Greely High School Scholarships
The Cumberland North Yarmouth Lions Club supports college scholarships for Greely High School students. Since 1987 the Scholarship Fund has awarded over $215,000 to benefit students in our community.
Each year we sell fresh Ruby Red Grapefruits and Oranges straight from the farms of Florida. All proceeds support Lions Club volunteering initiatives in the community.
2014 Senior Recognition
Our club annually recognizes Greely High seniors who, in the opinion of a committee of GHS staff members, represented themselves well in the areas of academics, school activities, and involvement in the local and outside communities.
This program provides an opportunity for Greely High School students to think about and express their ideas publicly about important issues facing them & their community, State, or Nation.
Peace Poster Art Contest
Our Lions club sponsors Greely Middle School's participation in the Lions International Peace Poster contest. This is a great opportunity for students to show off their art talent and earn recognition and prizes.
"Give Thanks" Apple Pie Fundraiser
Your chance to purchase a delicious 9-inch deep-dish homemade apple pie and to also assist local families in the Cumberland and North Yarmouth area who need a little extra help. This annual fundraiser supports the Cumberland Food Bank.
Christmas Tree Recycling
After the Holidays, Give Your Tree a New Purpose! We'll pick-up, recycle your Christmas Tree, and turn it into Merry Mulch. All proceeds will benefit the community and recycled trees will be turned into mulch for residents.
