Welcome to Your Local Lions Club
Lions meet the needs of local communities and the world. The 1.35 million members of our volunteer organization in 206 countries and geographic areas are different in many ways, but share a core belief – community is what we make it.
Your Cumberland North Yarmouth Lions work year-round to support the local community.
Each year we sell fresh Ruby Red Grapefruits and Oranges straight from the farms of Florida. All proceeds support Lions Club volunteering initiatives in the community. Our Lions Club has many humanitarian projects and this fruit sale helps us finance these projects.
"Give Thanks" Apple Pie Fundraiser
Your chance to purchase a delicious 9-inch deep-dish homemade apple pie and to also assist local families in the Cumberland and North Yarmouth area who need a little extra help. This annual fundraiser supports the Cumberland Food Bank.
Greely High School Scholarships
The Cumberland North Yarmouth Lions Club Cabin Fever Dinner supports college scholarships for Greely High School students. Since 1987 over $200,000 has been awarded. All proceeds from this annual fundraiser directly benefit students in our community.

Recycle For Sight
While everyone works on their back to school organization chores, we're asking people to look through drawers and closets for used eyeglasses and donate them to the Lions Recycle For Sight program. Glasses will be cleaned and distributed to areas where eye care is often unaffordable and inaccessible.
Cabin Fever Dinner
The Annual Cabin Fever Scholarship Dinner benefits scholarships for Greely graduates. Since 1987, the Cumberland/North Yarmouth Lions Club has awarded scholarships to Greely graduates. Thank you for your support!
2014 Senior Recognition
Our club annually recognizes Greely High School seniors who, in the opinion of a committee of GHS staff members, represented themselves well during their careers at Greely in the areas of academics, school activities participation, and involvement in the local and outside communities.
